All claims for returned goods must be made within 30 days of shipment and require authorization and an RMA# by our sales department. Credits and exchanges will not be given before merchandise is returned and examined and must be in new condition and will incure a 20% restocking fee. Freight will not be credited on returns. Vest and other special items may not be returned. All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid.
