TERMS, MINIMUM ORDERS, SHIPPING, RETURNED GOODS DROP SHIPMENTS- Drop shipment must meet minimum order of $50.00 (or be part of our Dealer Support Program) or there will be a $3.00 handling fee. There is a $2.00 drop ship charge on all drop ship orders(unless part of Dealer Support). MINIMUM ORDER FEE- Orders under $50 will be charged a $3.00 handling fee(unless part of our Dealer Support Program). SAMPLING REQUESTS- Sample requests will be billed at the unit price and will be shipped C.O.D. unless terms have been established with our finance department. The item must be returned using the listed return policy to receive credit. All samples must be returned clean and in a resalable condition. Freight will not be credited.
RETURNED GOODS- R&B Fabrications, Inc. guarantees every sale we make and any incorrect shipment will be credited in full when returned within following guidelines: BACK ORDERS- Our endeavor is to have a sufficient supply of all our major stock items, however, due to unexpected circumstances, this is not always possible. Back orders will be made at the discretion of R&B Fabrications, Inc. unless otherwise stated. CUSTOM SCREEN PRINTING CHARGES Screen cutting charges for photo ready artwork $45.00 Repeat order using same artwork screen $15.00 DEFINITION OF PHOTO READY ARTWORK Original digital version of the artwork in the following formats will be accepted: .eps, .ai, .cdr, .psd, .bmp, .jpeg, or .pdf. The artwork will be examined by our art department to determine the quality. If the artwork is unclear or not in the proper format, any changes made will be charged at the rate of $28.00 per hour.
